At one time or another most people have heard about doing astral projection. Maybe they have a friend that practices it, or watched some movie about it, or even read a book on the subject. Not all people clearly comprehend that you really can do astral projection and that in fact everyone can do it. You could have easily astral projected without knowing you were doing it at the time.

We need to first look at the definition for astral projection. To state this in very simple terms, astral projection’s definition is a human being able to move out of their physical body. All humans have this ability, in fact they actually do it when they are sleeping in the night. When anyone is asleep the physical body and mind are resting and the subconscious part of the brain assumes control. Most humans simply have no recollection of this.

Many children actually astral project without being aware of what they are doing. It happens usually when the body is relaxed or even when they are asleep. Time and distance do not mean anything when talking about astral projection. The astral body can travel without these considerations.

Let?s explain the astral body. This is an invisible and non-physical version of your physical body which is the product of your will and your subconscious desires. Your astral body always comes home to your physical one because of an unbreakable bond between them which is called the silver cord.

The silver cord connects your astral and physical bodies for your entire life. As long as you?re living, your astral body will always find its way back.

Are you trying to figure out where you go to when you do this astral projection? Well the astral body travels to what is called the astral plane, which turns out is the invisible duplicate of the Earth. This astral plane rapidly vibrates more than the physical Earth does and these particular vibrations go all the way to the Earth’s core. There is another belief though that another dimension or alternate reality is the meaning of astral plane. One thing most agree about on this subject though is the fact that the astral plane is composed of several layers.

Even though your astral body will always return to you and you are at no danger of physical harm while astral projecting, you should exercise caution since there are some dangers in the astral plane. As long as you use common sense and basic caution though, you?ll be safe.

The greatest danger when astral projecting comes with the mind is not carefully prepared or under the influence of thought and perception, altering substances such as drugs or alcohol. There are a number of levels to the astral plane. The lower levels are not considered places to visit and are often considered to be unsafe. It is these levels that are easiest to access when under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Make sure that you know where you are and have an idea where you want to go when you astral project. Mastering astral projection relies on learning to control your thoughts until you can astral project at will and be conscious and fully in control of your astral journeys.

If you have the right assistance to prepare yourself, learning astral projection can be easy and even possible to do in a short time. There are professionals who offer lessons, but most people prefer to practice this natural talent in their own home.

The internet has a wealth of information on astral projection and there are a number of books, which describe a number of techniques that can be used in order to prepare the mind and body for astral projection. There are even recordings that use hypnosis to assist in astral projection. There is an advantage to these types of recordings. You can have them play on repeat giving people who may find it difficult to prepare the time necessary to reach the appropriate state of mind; this extra time might not be available if professional sessions are used.

A new audio recording technology called binaural beats has been shown to help people astral project as well. The listener hears two slightly different frequencies, one in each ear and the effect of these sounds is deep relaxation as the listener?s brainwaves tune into just the right frequency for astral projection.

If you are unable to astral project at first, do not be concerned. It is something that requires practice to be able to do. It is important to remember that this is not actually an acquired skill but something that is already known to each person. They simply need to remember how to astral project and then to practice in order to obtain a level of proficiency.

Are you still not sure about astral projection? Here?s an example of astral projection we?ve all had. Everyone has those dreams where they?re flying, then begin to fall; and wake up. These aren?t dreams at all, but an experience of astral projecting. When you feel like you?re in flight, this is your astral body moving through the non-physical plane. The falling sensation is the feeling of your astral body returning to earth and re-entering your physical body. Astral projection is a very real ability which you already have. If you devote a little time and effort to practice it, your reward will be being able to enjoy this experience any time you like.

Because of the state’s joblessness rate now at a record high, the significance of those programs is magnified. There are companies that make available a one stop result to more than 950  prescription assistance programs that support individuals who are are with no personal medical insurance or struggling financially.

So far, these programs have assisted tens of thousands of individuals find out if they possibly will meet the requirements for prescription drug help free or discounted medication. This is for the most part useful news, for at this point in time there are more Americans out of work than ever before over the previous 30  years. Persons who qualify for support from the participating prescription assistance programs have access to more than 2,375  brand-name and generic prescription medicine. Persons in the hunt for relief from one of those companies should call a toll-free number to speak to a trained counselor or log on the company’s web site. Millions of Americans have been added to the out of work rolls over the most recent several months and there could be a sharp rise in the number of our consumers losing healthcare insurance benefits. Power Of Subconscious Mind Is An Ancient Art

February 26, 2010 by chiyoda · Comments Off

Have you ever heard the saying ‘What you believe, you can achieve’? The power of your subconscious mind is easily the most powerful tool you’ll ever encounter. Everything you do or say or dream originated within your subconscious mind. Some people are able to conceive an idea within their minds and then manifest those thoughts up to a conscious level.

Many of us move through our day on auto-pilot. We complete tasks by rote without even thinking about why we’re doing those things. Those actions are sub-conscious actions. A basic example of subconscious mind power at work is wondering what’s on TV. You think about it and then reach for the remote. This is a conscious action. But have you ever just switched channels without even thinking about it? This is a sub-conscious reaction.

The power of your subconscious mind has an incredible impact on how you act, and how you see the world. That’s why it’s important to train yourself to use it to its fullest potential. This training is key to improving your quality of life.

If you could really harness the power of your subconscious mind, you’ll find that you are going to be able to take advantage of your full potential. While we are often told of the dangers that lurk in our subconscious, the truth o the matter is that that is far from the only type of thing down there.

There are positive things that lurk in our subconscious as well, and in that, you are going to find that your subconscious is a great tool that you can use to support yourself. Some people think that this is too difficult for them, but the truth of the matter is that you are looking at something that just about anyone could do. When you want to guide your subconscious, you are looking at something that can be accomplished through a series of simple processes. Consider how you can take a brief look at some of the ways that are you going to be able to get good results.

The easiest way to get your subconscious working to bring about positive changes in your life is using affirmations. Affirmations are a direct reminder of positive aspects of life, repeated to help you achieve a desired result.

Do you have a task facing you that you are not interested in doing or that actually makes you nervous and afraid? You might feel a deeply tired and exhausted feeling coming over you when you think about it; it can really sap out your energy and leave you feeling drained! What you can also do instead, however is that you can take on a mental response to a seemingly boorish task. You will use the power of your mind to overcome this attitude and to find a better way to think about it.

As with anything else in life, the key is to focus on the benefits. While it may seem selfish in some ways, you should use this to focus on what’s good for you. Look in the mirror and tell yourself that you’re a work in progress and note the improvements you’ve made, and focus on the improvements and goals you want to achieve. This will cause your task to resolve itself with the minimum interruptions and distractions.

With affirmations, you can do things like quit smoking or drinking or even overeating. With constant repetition of your affirmation, you can tap into your subconscious mind and get the response and the level of commitment that you need to move forward; this can really change your behavior for the better!

There are lots of other ways that you can use the subconscious mind as well. Using a post hypnotic suggestion is one great tool to use. You can work with a certified hypnotherapist or you might want to take a look at doing sessions of self hypnosis that are available on pre-recorded hypnosis audio files as well.

Biowave synchronization is another new technique coming out. Based off of studies of Tibetan monks, it uses drum beats at slightly different frequencies to synchronize the halves of the brain, and requires noise cancelling headphones to get the best benefit out of. Like Tibetan meditation drums in a properly structured room, it puts the subjects into a deep meditative state and lets the conscious self communicate with the subconscious mind. Buddhist monks take the concept of psychic convergence between the subconscious and conscious mind to new heights. They’ve been known to levitate, turn invisible and withstand extremes of temperature that mere men cannot.

Did you know that some things are telling us that we can take this further? Buddhist monks, for example, have such heightened control over their subconscious that they can perform feats that look practically supernatural.

Some are taking advances in quantum physics and correlating them to the teachings of ancient religions, and finding that they match up very well. We live in a world that gets stranger the more we look into it, and not all sources of wisdom wear robes or lab coats. .

Though it sounds hard to believe, you’ll find that quantum physics is doing a lot to prove what ancient religions are talking about. All of this supernatural or psychic power can be explained using some very logical, scientific means.

Your subconscious mind is a lot more powerful than you might have ever thought possible. Don’t underestimate it, and don’t overlook the benefits of using it. Not only can you change the way that your life is going, you are going to be able to change the world around you!

Free Tips To Help Increase Self-Esteem And Self-Confidence

Do you lack confidence? Would you like to find out ways in which you could increase your self-esteem and self-confidence? If you have answered either or both of these questions in the positive then this article may well be of interest to you.

Up until the age of about twenty-one I always seemed to have a lack of self-belief. I have to say that in reality I did not like myself. I was extremely jealous and envious of other people and what they seemingly had in comparison to me. They seemingly had it so easy where as for me life was a constant struggle. What I needed was to some how gain confidence.

I had a stutter you see which did make life unbearable at times. At the age of 22 I did manage to eradicate the stutter and it sure was worth the wait. I had however already spent the previous eighteen years struggling to cope with a stuttering or what is also known as stammering problem that virtually destroyed my entire confidence; it also meant that life was quite tough working where I did as a personal injury claims clerk.

At the end of the day I realised that the grass is always greener and that I had to start to realise that I was one of the lucky ones. I had to stop being so hard on myself and at the same time work towards improving the areas of my life that I was not happy with.

I also had to stop stressing, panicking and worrying so much. I had to completely change the way I approached life; out went the negative and in came the positive.

I was attempting a huge overhaul of the way in which I lived my life, it was far from easy. Ultimately however all of the effort did pay off and I was able to achieve fluency and a real confidence.

I hope that you will also be able to gain in confidence; I will be happy to help in any way that I can.

As a successful businessmen I am now involved in various projects including one which offers Currys voucher codes. This is a great deal fun and I continue to do this for some time to come.

Support Groups For Stopping Smoking

February 25, 2010 by chiyoda · Comments Off

Anyone who has tried to quit knows that it’s not a one-person undertaking. You need help to stop smoking. One of the most effective stop smoking aids isn’t sold in any form. It’s nothing more than knowing that you’re harming yourself and your family with the second hand smoke. If those people who care most about you are ready to help you through the process, you may find that you can make it happen. Here are some reasons the support of friends helps, and some tips toward making your support group as supportive as possible.

You may be wondering what I am attempting to sell by way of this article. Well the answer is nothing and what is more I do not even work within the quit smoking industry. I am actually involved in jobs in foster care as well as offering budget package holidays and I sell composite doors on a part-time basis.

Make Yourself Responsible to Someone

The demons in the brain – the voices in our head – are very powerful and will be willing you to go for “just one more” crafty fag. Making yourself responsible to another person means that you’re going to have to actively lie about your smoking. Is there really any point in denying the fact that you have smoked? OK so you feel bad or you feel like a loser – well you are and perhaps if you get to feel like a loser then this then might spur you to on to become a smoke-free winner. Choose someone who’ll ask you on a regular basis whether you’ve had a cigarette.

Talk to the “Naggers”

Spouses, family and friends often nag about smoking until the smoker is ready to scream. The key here is that it’s seldom productive and only makes the smoker more angry, nervous and anxious for another smoke. Quitting smoking is hard enough without adding the stress of arguments over the subject. Take time to explain that to all those “naggers” in your group. State that there support is vital to your success but that any form of negativity or nagging will be of no help whatsoever.

Help For Quit Smoking Hypnosis

Advise the support group members with regards the types of products you are going to be using. The important thing is that you’re stopping smoking. To this end we only really require positive thoughts with regards hypnosis quit smoking techniques. If you lose faith in the quit smoking hypnosis because of what you hear about it, it’s only going to serve to make the process less effective.
