Past Regression; Is Remembering Important?

Past Regression – The interest in the topic of reincarnation, past lives and how to remember our past lives has been growing rapidly. A lot of people are looking for ways to bring back the events of their former lives.

One way to start is in keeping a journal. All it involves is writing down all of your thoughts including what is viewed as trivial experiences. Even your emotions. Emotions maybe the strongest clues to a past life. Like an unreasonable fear of bridges. This journal is helpful when you are starting to see patterns as you refer back to it.

A good way to start this journal is to write down things like your likes and dislikes, phobias, food, being drawn to certain time periods, architecture, food, cultures, and climates. Also add things like times of Déjà Vu, talents and occupations, the kind of animals and your personality and maybe even birthmarks.

Your dreams may also tell you something about your past lives. Of course, your dreams will be largely made up of things from your current life, but you should write down the events of your dreams, since there can be some elements of your past lives to be found here.

Another way to go is Past life Regression.

This will involve paying a visit to a past life regression therapist. They will use hypnosis and other techniques to guide you through a past life regression as well as help you to interpret the things that you may experience. You can also try self-hypnosis in order to achieve the same effect.

Many people use Meditation as a way to find out about their past lives.

This is a private technique so therefore many people have a hard time in trusting what they receive. With meditation, it is important to trust in your instincts and feelings.

Although many beginners feel that instead of meditating they are only daydreaming, important information can and does come through, so it is necessary to record what you experience during the meditation in your journal.

To help them reach a deep state of relaxation which they need for meditation, many people use a visual focal point such as a mandala, incense, music or all of the above. You can also find guided meditation recordings and recordings of relaxing sounds which can help you to attain a meditative state.

Binaural Beats

Binaural beats are frequencies which can allow your mind to quickly reach the kind of meditative state which could otherwise take a considerable amount of time to learn. When you meditate, it should always be in a quiet place which is free of distractions. Try to relax your body and your mind completely.

It is important to relax your muscles and not get distracted by daily concerns. When that happens just acknowledge them and dismiss them. At first, this going to take some practice to get the hang of it. So don’t be surprised if nothing happens the first few times. Meditation takes practice. But when the true state of meditation happens questions will start to come. The answers may come to you when you are not looking.

Sometimes meditation can help with that which you are confronting in your current life. Many discover that the people around them are people they shared a past life with. Although this might seem strange a simple bit of research can confirm or deny the information gleaned from the regression meditation.

The concepts of past lives and reincarnation are an important part of many religions, with some even espousing the concept of Karma, in which your deeds (for good or ill) will affect your circumstances in your next life. Knowing what has happened in your past lives can assist you in getting on a better course in your current life.

When you want to experience past life regression, the most important thing is to come to the experience with an open mind, ready to accept the images and thoughts which may come to the surface. To make the most of the experience, you should also be open to the idea of using what you learn from your past lives to improve your current life.

Experts in past life regression say that being able to learn from your past lives is one of the greatest benefits of the practice. It is said by some that past life regression can also help you to overcome mental blocks which are negatively impacting your physical and mental health.

Using past life regression can help you to make better decisions in your life by learning from the mistakes you have made in previous lives and avoiding them this time around.

Being able to see what you were or like in the past may help you see a hidden talent that was just waiting to be brought to the front and so help you live a richer, fuller life now. This will also help you have a much better understanding of yourself. If something about yourself that was a mystery before like say singing, maybe you were a professional singer in a past life. And so that talent is coming out even if no one else in your family can hold a tune.

Overall, Past life regression sounds like a positive process to go through. It may give you insight to yourself even if you can’t accept it consciously.

Don’t Stop Sharing Encouraging Words

Take a few minutes to read this article if you are trying to help someone who is in pain due to the loss of a loved one, break-up, divorce or what ever type of pain.

In most cases we are driven to share encouraging words to someone who is hurting is useless. In most cases when youspeak daily bible verses for encouragement the grieving person may seem to discount them while continuing to indulge in the pain.

No matter how things look, every person needs some words that can encourage him or her. Sharing such words is more like planting a seed. At first it may seem like there is nothing happening to the seed but when you patiently water it in due course something will turn up.

In the same way when you try to encourage someone, do not just give up at the first try even if you don’t see any positive results at first. Continue to share some words through a letter of encouragement or something close like poems or cards and don’t think twice about it.

If wound is new, then you really need to hand in there and give it your best shot. Exercise some patience and understanding. Do not try and set a time table for the person to get over what ever it is he or she is grieving for – depending on the occurrence or the nature of the grieving person.

I had a friend who lost a loved one once and it took more than two years to start talking about her without crying. It turned out everything we kept saying to him over the years – in terms of encouragement, helped him to heal eventually. We didn’t know we were making that kind of an impact at the time.

So no matter how useless you think it is to thinking about writing a letter of encouragement or poem do not ever forget that they are helping him or her to live through each day. Stay strong and don’t stop talking positively into your friend’s life until you see a positive change.

When To Try Telepathic Communication

July 28, 2009 by chiyoda · Comments Off
Filed under: Goal Setting, Law Of Attraction

Can there really be any such thing as someone who is ‘telepathic‘? Most people would probably answer ‘only in some fantasy novel.’ But, look at all the things that people do today that once upon a time would have been ‘mere fantasy’: flying through the air; using the Internet to talk instantly to people thousands or millions of miles away; putting entire books on a hand-held device without needing any paper; and on and on.

Advanced technology and (yes) magic are said to be indistinguishable from one another. Technology and science have been used to learn about the world around us. Things we might never have known. What we have accomplished in recent history was called impossible in the early 1900’s. Flights to the moon, moon walks by astronauts and exploration of the oceans which were too deep to be explored before. The use of natural energy from the sun, wind and water to produce energy, has been accomplished with technology which by today’s standards is primitive.

To believe an individual may be telepathic has been considered mysticism, which is another word for magic. And it really isn’t much of a stretch to believe in the possibility of a Telepathic person. An individual who developed these mental properties, is misunderstood by many people.

The scientific investigation of Telepathic people falls under the area of paraphysics or parapsychology. The people who investigate it, paraphysicists or parapsychologists, try hard to use experiments and the scientific method to answer questions about telepathy, whether or not they like the answers they find. Some experiments on people with Telepathic powers have produced tantalizing results. In order to consider something scientifically provable, however, the test results must be measurable, consistent, and repeatable. This is where the scientific investigation of telepathy falls short—the test results are inconsistent and can’t always be duplicated. Some say this proves people can’t really be Telepathic. Others say this only proves that we don’t understand how it works yet, and haven’t developed the proper tests to measure it. But how could humans really be Telepathic? How can people communicate without the use of their five senses, using only thought alone? The obvious answer is through some means that we can’t hear, see, smell, taste, or touch, but that exists nonetheless. On the one hand, humans can already do this artificially using communication technology—radio waves can’t be observed with our five senses, but they definitely exist. On the other hand, the human brain is not a radio tower.

Or is it? ‘Thought waves’, defined as an electrical and magnetic fiend generated by the brain, has been proven to exist. This is the keystone that scientific Telepathic studies rest on. We’ll try to explain it in layman’s terms, but it may get a little complicated, so just bear with us.

But there are some important questions about telepathy that need to be answered. For one, how can people possibly transmit communications with pure thought, with no involvement of the five physical senses? But once again, existing technology gives us the answer. If you have a radio receiver in your home or office, you can listen to a vast array of different programs, ideas, music, and voices all with the touch of buttons or the flip of a dial…but, have you ever seen a radio wave pulsing through the air? Why can’t there be ‘telepathy waves’ that also propagate invisibly and undetected by the five senses? Ah, you say, because the human brain is not a radio tower!

Is this then possibly ‘thought waves?’ Scientifically proven to exist and generated by the brain and studies of telepathy are based on. Explaining this information in easier to understand terms will be a little difficult, so please stay with us.

Another problem is the weakness of the electrical or magnetic field. It can easily be drowned out by the electrical and magnetic fields of everyday technology—stereos, televisions, computers, even microwaves and refrigerators all send out much larger electrical and magnetic fields.

Is it possible for these bio-electric and bio-magnetic fields to be used by humans to communicate? Are these waves just meaningless static or do they have content equivalent of the brain? Can these brain waves be controlled by mental training? Can the techniques of meditation be used to shape brain waves into communications of significance?

Another problem could be the relative weakness of the brain’s electromagnetic field. We have computers, cell phones, TV sets, stereos, and appliances all over the place today; and they all generate electromagnetic fields-stronger ones than the brain’s, meaning they might interfere with the brain’s transmission capacity.

There are, however, problems with the electrical and magnetic fields. Unfortunately these fields can be overpowered by everyday technology. For example the microwave, television, refrigerator. These everyday items produce much larger magnetic fields and electrical fields. Is it possible to reach the brains magnetic and electrical fields during an emotionally heightened state, fear, pain or shock? During these emotionally charged times, in the brain, a spiking of bio-magnetic and bio-electric activity is created by neuron synapses firing.

There is scientifically conducted research which has documented possibilities here. Perhaps that is why people see departed loved ones during near-death experiences: they are emotionally intensified and, as a result, tune in telepathic thoughts-maybe even some old thoughts that somehow still linger around them from loved ones but could never be tuned in before! So, does this prove brainwave boosting capacity? Would genetic ties matter? Or, is this all just reading into coincidences?

While mainstream science remains doubtful about telepathy because of the lack of consistent experimental results, this is a slowly changing attitude. As more research gets conducted, more researchers are convinced that telepathy must be real-and we just need to get the experiments right to understand it and be able to allow everyone to be trained one level or another as a telepath.
