Have you ever caught yourself trying to manage the Universe? I woke up with some low level anxiety the other day as I mentally surveyed my ‘to do’ list.

Have you ever caught yourself doing that? You could simply be unaware that you ever try to micromanage the Universe. Anytime you fret about the details of your life, anytime you worry about what, who, how, when or if a particular thing is going to happen, then you’re basically in the micromanaging phase of creating. Any time you stress, get anxious about what’s not happening, what speed it’s happening at, or wanting something to turn out a certain way — you’re trying to micromanage the Universe. Going Beyond the Secret of the Laws of Attraction will require some deliberate attention.

You can scan your body for energy blocks or your emotions for low feelings. Are you shoulders up around your ears? Are your eyes squinted or eyebrows raised? How does your back, your stomach, other parts of your body feel, right now? Shift your focus, do some neck rolls.

How’s your mood? Could you think of something to appreciate?

What’s your emotional state right now? Check in.

Are you letting it in? Letting what in? Are you letting in your natural state of Well-Being? Are you feeling good for no reason?

Is your feeling good dependent on good reasons? Be unreasonable.

Feel GOOD for no good reason. Just feel good to feel good.

I know because of the Law of Attraction that from this better feeling vantage point, you’ll start attracting even better feelings. And from that new point of attraction, more good is coming and then more and more and more. The better it gets, the better it gets.

Get on a good vibration roll. Send yourself thoughts of of love, abundance and better and better and better life experiences.
And expect them to show up.

So many have asked “I’ve tried the Law of Attraction ‘thoughts become things’ and I’m not getting what I want. Why isn’t it working for me. Those of us who have been understanding the basics of the Law of Attraction and have dug deeper can tell you.

The entire Universe, your thoughts, feelings, and everything physical, is all vibration. You can’t fool Universal Mind when it comes to your thoughts. You must think those thoughts without resistance. You say: “but it DO want that new job, or new love, or new home, I’m just don’t know how, when or where it will come from”. Bingo. That’s it. You have launched a desire and in the very next breathe negated it by saying “I don’t know how.”

Going beyond the secret of the Law of Attraction is not about getting busier and doing more things to make it happen either. It’s about slowing down and listening in. What’s really going on in your thoughts, beliefs, and feelings about those thoughts and beliefs. To get really powerful, you want to focus on the FEELINGS. Your feelings are what is transmitting to the Universe like a radio signal. You may be able to fool your family and friends with your actions and words, but you just can’t fool the Universe with your vibration.

It’s not uncommon for many of us to feel unworthy or deficient in some way. That is a large part of the human condition. Using releasing tools, working with a coach, and doing forgiveness work is very important for you to come back to self-love and self-confidence. This enables you to have a cleaner, clearer signal to Universal Energy which will match you up with what you’re emitting. Remember what you focus on will expand in your experience.

There are many books on these topics. Learning the fine points from teachers and coaches is a worthwhile endeavor. Private or group coaching is also available for anyone who wants to improve their point of attraction. Being open and receptive to your highest good is a must.

There is a person many of us know. They act very ignorant and spiteful towards other people, including their own family. They know they are always, not just some of the time but, always, right. No one wants to be around them, but they do give them attention simply because they are ‘family’. They have married into the family as an in-law and have been such a pain ever since. Many of us have already experienced this, many have fortunately not. But for those of us who have, we always go back to the same thought in reference to this particular person. That ever lasting wonder of “how in the world could any human being act like such a jack ***?” Now I am now calling anyone names, I am merely stating the very first thing it seems this particular person acts like.

How does this behavior become so strong that it takes over their entire character even though no one wants to be even 5 feet away from them in a room? This particular person I have noticed likes to only focus on the things that are going wrong in his life. He does not show any form of appreciation for good deeds done for him, he just sees where they ‘messed up’. As you can see, this person is applying the law of attraction like a master! I do kid a bit when I say that, but yes, he seems to have mastered attracting bad things. And at first glance it seems this is what he wants, but that is very doubtful. When a person focuses their mind and energy on anything and make that thought the dominant thought, it becomes a reality. Wow! This is great, but I thought we were talking about ‘Jack’.

The law of attraction is unbiased. It can be good for yourself, or it can be rather bad. This is simply because our minds do not know the difference between good and bad. Our minds simply see a picture or thought and work like crazy just to make sure that thought becomes a reality.

Jack has mastered this technique. He has successfully found a way to focus every waking moment (as well as sleep time, it seems) to think of every terrible thing that he does NOT want to happen only to wake up and find that all he did not want became a reality. Jack is a very disappointed person. His disappointment leads him to anger and resentment. He blames it all on his family and friends and *poof!* the LOA genie grants his wishes! Only these wishes have residuals! Now this guy is in a tailspin. How can he help this? Just turn off bad thoughts and pretend they are not there just to see everything fall apart? This is definitely something a person of this nature would think, which is obviously attracting more negative.

The thing I have found that is the best way to get out of a bad day is just to accept the bad day for what it is and refer to is as an education. Yes! An education. If something happened that was undesired, we must have made an not-so-preferred choice somewhere down the line that lead to this outcome. Getting out of a bad day rut can be quite draining, but all of us can do it. Just a couple of days ago as I was driving to the set a rock hit my windshield on the far left side and made a ***** stretch about ten inches across my windshield. The funny thing about this is that this is the third rock to damage my windshield in six months. Ok smarty, where’s YOUR lesson? Unfortunately, I am not able to stop flying rocks on the 405 freeway, but I can avoid flying negative thoughts bolting towards my psyche. This is definitely a tough thing to do for me since this kind of stuff really can ruin your day. But I was not going to let this little piece of gravel was not going to ruin a thing. I just relaxed and tried to visualize a new windshield that would not cost $800.

As I walked into work I recalled an old friend who owned a body shop in North Hollywood who used to lend me a hand and really helped out with my car repairs years ago during a really drawn out struggle in life and I thought I would give him a call. I am very thankful that I did, because this old friend I had not spoken to in a long while was getting married that Saturday and I was able to give him my regards and attend his wedding. He thought I had just moved into another area or just left and gone away like many in this city. I may have moved and had become much busier, but I was never too busy for an old friend who helped me get through the really tough times in life. Just being around for his wedding meant a lot to him and I feel as though if it was not for the rock on the windshield, he would have never thought I even cared. I just wish I could have had that invitation forwarded to my new address.

What exactly is visualisation and why would I want to use it?

Visualisation is a method of creating a image in your mind that you consciously decide upon. Rather like painting a picture you have complete control to create an image that you desire. By seeing this picture you will:

a) be able to focus more on achieving that goal because you are very clear what you want. b) be giving yourself a confidence boost and increased motivation as you will begin to believe that you can really attain this desire of yours and you will also be more likely to pursue your plans persistently. c) your decision has already been made so do not allow yourself to be negatively influenced in anyway by other people.

Try to visualise daily in any spare time that you have. Try to make this a habit maybe on the commute to work, before you go to bed or whenever best suits you. First try to clear your mind of everything else. You might want to practice some relaxation techniques here, most people discover that deep breathing works well: deep breaths inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the mouth. Now simply form the picture in your mind of that which you want to be, do or have.

The mental picture that you form should be as realistic as possible. Who’s there? What style and colour clothes are the other people wearing? What is the time? What is the specific situation? Even what does it smell like and most importantly, how does it feel to have achieved this mental image and goal?

Tips to develop your visualisation skills:

Some people find it difficult to develop visualisation techniques. Here are a couple of exercises you can try to improve yours:

1) Close your eyes and think of someone close to you…your spouse, partner, friend or indeed anyone. move your focus on to their face now. How is it shaped? After you have gotten a clear shape in mind try and fill in all of the small details? The feel of the skin, style of the hair and so on. How realistic can you form this picture in your mind to be? After a few attempts you should be able to develop this into a very life like image and given time you will be able to use this skill to visualise other objects, people and places easily.

2) This time think of a happy memory. Possibly a particularly enjoyable evening from a past holiday or the first time you met your partner. Now choose one particular scene or mental picture and recreate that in your minds eye again in as much detail as possible. Really visualise your self reliving that memory once more.

You may also wish to experiment with the law of attraction here. Choose an object, person, place or experience that you would like to be, do or have. Choose something not too out of the ordinary…like winning the lotto, maybe a meeting with an old class mate, a coffee or something incidental such as that. Hold in your mind the thought of this thing. Visualise it as we have been talking about and try to hold the image for a minute or so excluding all other distractions and actually experience the feeling of having it now.

after doing this several times over the course of a few days be patient and wait with expectancy that this will come to pass. Now I’m not going to make any gaurantees here but I do think you ought to try this for yourself and see what happens for you.

There is an immense amount of power inside of you. By focussing attention upon yourself and your inner mind you are capable of creating and controlling the circumstances of your life. Visualisation is one method that will help you do this. Whilst work and taking action is always required the power of your mind and of Positive Thinking is immense and you have full control of it. Words That Encourage People

As we live through life we are often confronted with situations that requires some encouragement card sayings.I mean often times we are confronted with certain circumstances that calls for more than just experience and enthusiasm to overcome. If you are not certain what to say on what occasion importantly in terms of scriptures of encouragement then take a few minutes to go through this short but useful post.

Losing someone you love

A person who has just lost a loved one needs to be encouraged and supported. They need to hear good things and positive talk. Do not over do it. It is important to say the right things all the time or else you will exacerbate the situation.

Grieving people go through various phases of grief and you need to be sensitive to understand the grieving process and what words to say at each stage.

A person who is just starting a new job

Starting a new job may be all well and good yes but it does have its fair share of aggravation and stress. If you know someone who has just started in a new job then you better think of ways to make that person settle in. For someone who has a good sense of humor, it is a good idea to send him or her some good poem of encouragement about being in a new job.

Being in a new country can be so stressful especially if you can not understand the local language. One of the predominant feelings are anxiety and being home sick. In fact a friend of mine fell into a major depression 2 weeks after moving into a new country. It took two months to get that person out of the “slump” .
